In short: Harcabil collects no data about you. Everything you enter stays on your device.

Data we collect

None. Harcabil has no accounts, servers, analytics, ads or tracking. The app does not connect to the internet.

Where your data is stored

Your payments, categories, people and assets, and settings are stored only on your device. They are included in your device’s own backup (iCloud or computer backup), which Apple or Google handles according to your account settings.

Payments and banks

Harcabil never makes payments and never connects to your bank or any financial service.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No notification server is used.

Face ID and Touch ID

When the lock is on, authentication is handled by the operating system. Harcabil never has access to your biometric data.

Backup and calendar export

Exporting a backup or a calendar file (.ics) only happens when you ask for it. You choose where the file goes.

Deleting your data

Delete everything from Settings › Data › Delete all data, or by removing the app.

Children

Harcabil collects no data from anyone, including children.
